Unclaimed property includes many financial instruments, including the contents of abandoned safe deposit boxes. The contents of these safe deposit boxes are delivered to the Unclaimed Property Division for safekeeping by Nevada financial institutions.

To check to see if you or a relative might have unclaimed property to which you are the rightful owner or heir, simply go to www.NevadaTreasurer.gov/UPSearch/ and type in your name or that of a relative to search for any other unclaimed property which may rightfully belong to you.
