Building Laughlin

Laughlin, with a population of approximately 9,000 and a land area of 88.1 square miles has a number of properly zoned and utility-served parcels that can be developed for lease, condominium purchase and build-to-suit use, and thousands of acres of developable land.

The town is set to undertake a major expansion. Local government, broker and real estate professionals and the community working together have adopted a land use plan to prepare for future growth.

While Laughlin officials are actively involved in land use and development, the final approvals must be obtained from appropriate Clark County staff
