• Electricity: NV Energy provides electricity to Laughlin and can supply existing and future development.
• Gas: Southwest Gas provides natural gas service to Laughlin and has the ability to supply existing and future development.
• Water: Big Bend Water District The town has an annual 15,352 acre-feet allocation of Colorado River water. Not all of this allocation is currently being used. The current capacity of the plant is 15 million gallons/day (MGD) and is expandable to 30 MGD.
• Wastewater: Clark County Water Reclamation District (CCWRD) provides the primary sanitary sewer service to Laughlin.
