Parcel and Map Numbering System

WHAT IS MY ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER?

The Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) is a unique number assigned by the Assessor to each parcel of land in Clark County. This number is used to represent your parcel for the County ownership records, to locate the property for assessed value, and to mail and collect tax bills. Although it describes the general location of your property, it is not a substitute for your legal description.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE WITH MY PARCEL NUMBER?

If you require further information on any parcel of land in Clark County you may call our Customer Service representatives at 702-455-3882.

WHERE CAN I GET COPIES OF PARCEL MAPS?

The Assessor Parcel Maps are available online.  If you should need assistance in getting a map or have questions regarding the parcel maps, please call our Customer Service representatives at 702-455-3882.
