Electronic Payment Plan

ENROLL TODAY AND NEVER WORRY ABOUT SENDING YOUR PAYMENT FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES!

The Assessor's Office now offers you the option to pay your tax bill with an automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account.  The Electronic Payment Plan makes paying your bill simple and convenient at no additional charge!  Here's how it works:

Nineteen days before the withdrawal date, the Office will send you a notice, by mail, showing the amount of taxes to be withdrawn from your account.  This notice will confirm that you are currently enrolled in the Electronic Payment Plan.  Payment for your personal property taxes will be withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the proper due date.  Manufactured Homes with personal property taxes over $100.00 will be set-up to have quarterly installments withdrawn on the third Monday in August, the first Monday in October, the first Monday in January and the first Monday in March.  Each transaction will appear on that month's checking/savings statement.

(THE ELECTRONIC PAYMENT PLAN IS FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES ON MANUFACTURED HOMES OR BUSINESSES ONLY.)

To enroll in the Electronic Payment Plan, you can download the Electronic Payment Plan Application & Agreement form, complete and sign the form, mail it with an original voided check or a savings deposit slip to:

Clark County Assessor
500 S. Grand Central Parkway
Las Vegas, Nevada 89155

Regulations require a signed request for proper authorization. Once our Office has processed your application a notice of your enrollment in the Electronic Payment Plan will appear on your personal property tax bill.

If you choose to withdraw from the plan, simply notify our Office in writing within ten (10) calendar days after receiving notice.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR BILL, PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT (702)455-3882.

In order to download the Electronic Payment Application you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.  Adobe Acrobat Reader is free through the download.
