Nevada law requires that a witness be present during the wedding ceremony. The Office of Civil Marriages is not able to provide a witness. Unsavory individuals sometimes approach couples and offer to witness their wedding for a fee. We strongly encourage couples to bring their own witness to avoid having a person unknown to them witness their wedding.
Fees:
$50.00 cash or credit card. Exact change is required when paying by cash. There is a $5.00 service charge when paying with a major credit card. Debit cards are NOT accepted unless they are tied in with a credit card.
