 4257 An ordinance designated by the Short Title "2014 Hospital Refunding Bond Ordinance"; authorizing the issuance of the "Clark County, Nevada, General Obligation (Limited Tax) Hospital Refunding Bonds (additionally secured with pledged gross revenues), Series 2014"; providing the form, terms and conditions of the bonds; providing for the levy and collection of annual general (Ad Valorem) taxes for the payment thereof; additionally securing their payment by a pledge of gross revenues derived from the operation of such facilities; providing other matters relating thereto; adopting it as if an emergency now exists; and providing the effective date hereof.  11/18/14  11/28/14
