Election: How to Fill In a Registration Application
Completing an Application
If you meet all of the qualifications to register to vote, you may complete and submit a Voter Registration Application to the Clark County Election Department.
Required Information
Carefully read and follow the directions on the actual Application. Make sure you detach and keep the receipt at the bottom of the Application. If your Application is missing any of the required information listed below, it cannot be fully processed and you will not be registered to vote in Clark County:

Date of Birth

Political Party Affiliation

Address (your Clark County residential address)

Identification Number - You must list one of the following:

Nevada Driver's License number (current and valid)
Driver's license numbers from other states are not acceptable.

Nevada I.D. Card number (current and valid)
State I.D. card numbers from other states are not acceptable.

Only if you do not have one of the above, the last four digits of your Social Security Number

If you have none of the above, call the Clark County Election Department for instructions:
(702) 455-VOTE (8683).

Signature
If you cannot sign your name due to a physical disability, you may:(1) use a signature stamp that meets the standards of the Office of Disability Services (per NRS 427A.755); or (2) register and provide appropriate identification in-person at the Clark County Election Department; or (3) if you cannot appear in-person, the Clark County Election Department will send an official to you.
