The Clark County Purchasing and Contracts Division, a division of the Department of Finance, is charged with the responsibility of obtaining required materials, supplies, equipment and services, including construction, for all County departments.  The administration of the purchasing and contracting functions is centralized in the Finance Department’s Purchasing and Contracts Division to provide for efficient and orderly administration of all County purchasing and contracting activities.
