The Clark County Fire Department has jurisdictional authority only within the unincorporated areas of Clark County. Safety concerns originating in other jurisdictions must be addressed to the respective fire department. You may remain anonymous when filing your complaint but we'd appreciate if you provided us with contact information.

All complaints are acted on by experienced inspectors. Once complaints are validated, violations are issued requiring corrective action. Complaint cases care monitored by our staff until they are found to be in compliance, and then the cases are closed.
