Corporate Compliance is tasked with overseeing and auditing compliance with rules, regulations, statutes, and policies established by the government, insurance programs, and other payers for the billing of healthcare services.   

The Compliance Officer reports to Clark County’s Director of Audit and has direct access to both UMC’s Chief Executive Officer and Board of Hospital Trustees. The Compliance Officer has the authority to review all documents and information related to UMC compliance activities.
