Clark County Summer Camp Registration Begins March 1
Clark County Parks & Recreation will offer two Summer "Sleep-Over" Camps at Camp Lee from July 14-26.  Each week-long Camp begins on a Sunday afternoon and ends on a Friday evening. "Omni Discovery Camp" is for children ages 8-12, and "On the Edge Adventure Camp" is for teens ages 13-15.  Camp Lee is located in Lee Canyon, Mt. Charleston in the Spring Mountain Range - just a 45 minute drive from Las Vegas!  The cool mountain air, rustic cabins, and natural beauty of this alpine setting provide an excellent atmosphere for discovery, adventure, relaxation and fun!  Campers will enjoy traditional activities such as hiking, cabin skits, campfires, and S'mores along with specialty classes and activities led by our talented staff.  Staff include a camp director, camp counselors, registered nurse, and special activity instructors.  Campers stay in group cabins supervised by trained counselors (8:1 ratio).  Meals are provided by a professional caterer. All meals, snacks, activities, supplies and official camper t-shirt are included in the $400.00 camp tuition fee.  Parents or guardians are responsible for transporting the camper to and from camp.

Omni Camp : Ages 8 - 12 years : July 14 - 19, 2013 Fee $400.00
Get ready for fun excitement and discovery at this interactive learning camp! Featured classes in the arts, sciences, nature and outdoor adventure. include: sculpture, sign language, hands-on experience with exotic animals and birds, a high-ropes course, geo-caching and more! This year’s special guest instructors include Sign Design Theatre, Airborne Raptors, Roos N More, and Mad Science! Traditional camp activities include hikes, archery, campfires, sing-a-longs, arts & crafts and cabin-skits. And…for even more fun, Campers have the option to “dress-up” for dinner Mon-Thurs, by wearing a costume! Costume themes are Superhero’s, Halloween, Pajamas and Silly Hats.

On the Edge Camp : Ages 13 - 15 : July 21 - 26, 2013  Fee: $400    
Get set for outdoor adventure with this fun challenging camp!  Featured activities include a high-ropes course, mountain biking, hiking, a one-night tent camp out under the stars and a Teen dance with live DJ!  Traditional camp activities include hikes, archery, campfires, sing-a-longs, and cabin skits and cabin games.

You may register on line, by mail or walk-in. A Camp Application must be completed when you register along with a minimum payment of $100.00, If you register on line you must pay the full $400.00 and download your Camp Application.
