Parks & Recreation: Zap²
In 2008 Clark County hired seven artists to paint utility boxes along the streets in the neighborhood of Paradise Park in the second of what is hoped will be a series of Zap projects.
Zap2 was sponsored by Clark County Parks and Recreation, The Friends of Paradise Park, Goldwell Open Air Museum with the cooperation of the Las Vegas Valley Water District and the Traffic Division of Clark County Public Works.
