Toni Tillman makes a difference in the lives of Clark County customers who come to the Recorder's Office to conduct business. She demonstrates cheerfulness and a wonderful business-like personality, said long-time customer Roy Pechous. Tillman, who began working for the county in 2005 said, "I feel better every day when I help somebody who really needs help." Pechous vouches for Tillman's customer service. "She is a terrific, shining example of what customer service should be," he said.
