Applications for a Dust Control Permit requires payment of the total fee at the time of submittal- all fees are non-refundable. During application processing and approval, if corrections to the application results in an increased fee, the increase will be invoiced. This invoice must be paid before processing will be completed and the permit issued. Issued Dust Control Permits will be sent to the applicant via Email if a valid Email address is listed, or the applicant will be notified by phone that the permit is ready for pickup. Permits are not valid until all fees are paid and the applicant has received a copy of the complete permit. Payments must be by either cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, or money orders. Make checks or money orders payable to "DAQ." Applications and payments are accepted between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
