Requesting Building Permit Renewals

To request a renewal on an expired Building permit, submit a completed permit application form for the type of expired permit that was originally issued to expiredpermits@clarkcountynv.gov. The scope of work on the application form must read "Renewal of Expired Permit", and the subject line of the email should contain the expired permit number. All contractors or owner/builders must have a Clark County Citizen Access Account. If you do not already have an account go to the Citizen Access Portal to create a new account.  Click on the 'Create Citizen Access Account' link at the top of this page for help getting started.

Change of Contractor for issued Building permits

Click HERE to request a change of contractor for an existing permit.  

All contractors or owner/builders must have a Clark County Citizen Access Account. If you do not already have an account go to the Citizen Access Portal to create a new account. To create an account see the  'Create Citizen Access Account' user guide.
