New Workshop to Discuss Proposed Amendments - Taverns Operating with Class A Gaming 
Liquor and Gaming Board Chairman Lawrence Weekly will be hosting a workshop on October 17, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00p.m. at the Government Center, Commission Chambers.  R.S.V.P at PublicCommentCCBL@ClarkCountyNV.gov.

New Administrative Oversight Committee (AOC) for Ambulance Service Regulation Agenda
The AOC Agenda is now available for its meeting to be held at 10:30 a.m., on Octobert 23, 2014 at the Joshua conference Room (6th Floor), Clark County Government Center.

New Proposed Amendment - Taverns Operating with a Class A Gaming License
Please be notified pursuant to NRS 237.080, of proposed amendments to Clark County Code, Title 8, Chapter 8.20, to revise the requirements for Taverns operating with a Class A Gaming license. The Amendments are available for your review.  The proposed ordinance will be introduced on October 7, 2014, the Business Impact Statement will be heard on November 18, 2014, followed by a Public Hearing on December 2, 2014.

New Proposed Amendment - Medical Marijuana Establishments
The Clark County Department of Business License has proposed amendments to Title 8 of the Clark County Code by adding a new Chapter 8.60 ("Medical Marijuana Establishments") and amending Title 12, Section 12.06.030 and Title 24, Section 24.34.020 to establish regulations pertaining to the operation of medical marijuana establishments including operational requirements, business license fees, sales of certain paraphernalia and exemptions of watering restrictions and providing that certain acts are unlawful.

New 
Proposed Amendment - Newsrack Ordinance
The Clark County Department of Public Works, in response to direction from the Clark County Board of Commissioners, has proposed amendments to Clark County Code Chapter 16.08 to provide for identification and removal of abandoned newsracks in the areas where permits are not required.

The Amendments are available for your review.
