Due to continuing concerns related to the spread of COVID-19, Clark County has closed facilities to the public to limit exposure.
The Department of Comprehensive Planning will allow submittals (with cover letter or transmittal memo) for a cursory review. Please make sure the appropriate contact information is provided and do not expect immediate response. Staff will contact you when your submittal has been reviewed. A courtesy cart will be placed inside the door adjacent to the Current Planning counter. No staff will occur in this area. In addition, submittals that are dropped off will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. NO submittals will be entered into the system to be placed in the queue for any future public hearing unless staff deems it to be complete, accurate, and ready for submittal. Staff will convey comments as well as provide directions for payment. We will NOT accept payments for a submittal until staff deems it ready.
Regular submittal drop off hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., however we strongly encourage you to utilize electronic transmittal of application materials.
