The Department of Comprehensive Planning is pleased to announce starting Monday, June 15, 2020 a new and improved process will be implemented through the County's Accela Citizen Portal (ACA) to allow customers to start their application online.  The new process applies to most applications filed with the Department and gives customers the opportunity to create an Application Pre-review online, enter basic application data, and upload all required application documents in PDF format for review by staff from both the Department of Comprehensive Planning and Public Works.  Customers will then be able to manage their application documents through this portal and will work directly with staff to refine the application materials to ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and ready for submittal.  Please refer to the applicable application form for details relating the application process and submittal requirements, and review each link below for information on navigating through ACA:
