We are making available to the public more information about what we do and how effectively we do it. In the pages linked below, you’ll see scores of measures for everything from the number of air quality complaints received and how quickly we respond, to the number of graffiti and code enforcement reports made, Safe Key program participation and requests for road maintenance and street light repairs. Some of the data shows how we are “measuring up.” In other cases, the data is more a measurement of workload. With time, you’ll see even more data as we refine and improve what is measured. This information will help us make decisions about how to boost our performance – and you’ll see how we are spending your tax dollars and, more importantly, how effectively we are doing it.
