Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) meets in the Winter and early Spring every year to provide recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners on the allocation of Emergency Solutions Grant and HOME/LIHTF Program.  Once every five years, CDAC also makes recommendations on Community Development Block Grant projects.
