Consolidation of Land Parcels
ATTENTION: The District Attorney's Office has determined that the Assessor's Office does not have the statutory authority to combine parcels through the Assessor Administrative Combination process.
As of July 1, 2012, the Assessor's Office will no longer accept or process these forms. All parcel combinations from July 1, 2012 forward will have to be made in accordance with the statutory mapping procedures in NRS 278.
Parcels combined using the Administrative Combination prior to July 1, 2012 may be divided/unwound back to the original configuration prior to the combination at the request of the owner, either in writing or in person.
Taxpayers can contact the Clark County Treasurer's Office to learn how to request "combined" tax bill information at (702) 455-6752.
