As the Commissioner of Civil Marriages, the County Clerk is responsible for the performance of civil marriage ceremonies. Civil wedding ceremonies are performed in The Office of Civil Marriages by appointment only. In addition, most commercial wedding chapels provide civil marriage ceremonies.
Some private wedding chapels have names similar to the Office of Civil Marriages. To avoid confusion, note that this office is located on the 6th floor at 330 S. Third Street. Our suite number is 660.

Friday, 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, 12:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
For appointments, call 702-671-0577.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointed time. If you miss your appointment time, you will need to reschedule. Maximum occupancy of the room is 18 persons.
Nevada law requires that a witness be present during the wedding ceremony. The Office of Civil Marriages is not able to provide a witness. Unsavory individuals sometimes approach couples and offer to witness their wedding for a fee. We strongly encourage couples to bring their own witness to avoid having a person unknown to them witness their wedding.
The fee for a marriage ceremony is $75.00 payable by cash or credit card. A service fee of $5.94 is added when using a credit card to pay for a marriage ceremony. Debit cards are not accepted unless they are a combination credit/debit card. When paying by cash, exact change is required.
