LOCKOUTS MUST BE DONE BY THE CONSTABLE/SHERIFF. LOCKOUTS DONE BY JUST THE LANDLORD ARE ILLEGAL.

NOTES:

 "*" INDICATES WHEN TENANTS CAN FILE AND AFFIDAVIT FOR A HEARING IN RESPONSE TO A NOTICE.

All eviction orders (third column) must be filed with the Justice Court, signed by a Judge and served by the Constable.

All other notices need not be filed, signed by a judge nor served by a Constable. Any landlord can Serve these notices at any time.
