Welcome to Construction Services Online, Clark County’s centralized portal to all Web services related to construction and development, crossing departmental boundaries.  The Web pages found here will enable you, our customer, to find a quick and easy way to guide yourself through most phases of the construction process, beginning with property Land Use.  With an application number in hand, a few clicks of a mouse will bring Clark County Construction Services to your home or office.  

  Building Department web customers have enjoyed the benefit of accessing their project information and scheduling online inspections for several years.  None of those services have been lost, but new features and benefits are sure to be found when Clark County Fire Prevention and Clark County Water Reclamation District come on board.  Land Use services and information have also been incorporated into the site, providing our land development customers electronic "short cuts" to all of the information and requirements before construction begins.  
Construction Services Online will continuously evolve into a "one-stop shop"  providing access to all of your construction-related projects, from start to finish!  We will keep you posted on our progress!
