Family Support Division
Mission Statement
The Family Support Division of the Office of the District Attorney, in accordance with federal laws and regulations, state statutes and state policies, provides fair and equal child support services. We improve the lives of children by making it possible for families to become and remain self-sufficient, which reduces the financial burden of taxpayers.
To accomplish this mission, we locate parents, establish paternity, establish and enforce child support and arrearage orders. The State of Nevada collects and disburses payments.
