HENDERSON VOTE CENTERS - POSTING LOG (available after the polls open at 7:00 a.m.)

Only Henderson, Mesquite, and North Las Vegas' Ward 1 will have Municipal General Elections.
Boulder City and the City of Las Vegas will NOT have Municipal General Elections.

Boulder City:  A Primary Election is held only if more than double the number of candidates than there are offices or seats up for election file to run. Two Council Member seats were up for election and only two candidates filed for those seats. Those two candidates were declared elected.

City of Las Vegas:  In the Primary Election, if a candidate receives 50% plus one of the votes (majority), he/she is declared elected and the office will not appear in the General Election. For each contest on the April 2, 2013 Municipal Primary Election ballot, a candidate received a majority of the votes and was declared elected to office. Therefore, no Municipal General Election will be conducted. The offices up for election were City Councilman for Wards 2, 4, and 6.
