Comptroller

The Comptroller's Office is the central coordinating financial agency of the County, responsible for both external and internal financial reporting as well as the processing and maintenance of all official accounting records. This office produces the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) which is audited yearly by the County's external auditors. Accounting functions performed by the office include general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, capital assets, cost allocation and data control. This office also maintains all historical financial data for the County.
