The Purchasing and Contracts Division is dedicated to ensuring the procurement of construction, goods and services at the best possible price to maximize the value of the taxpayers' dollars, while maintaining ethics and integrity in the process and compliance with the laws of the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS).

It is the vision of the Purchasing and Contracts Division to create customer satisfaction by providing value and efficiency to each purchase request while adhering to County policy, state law, and sound business practices.  The Division works to provide a unified purchasing system that ensures integrity and fairness, with centralized responsibility for oversight of solicitations, supplier selections, negotiations, awards, and contracts management and reporting in support of Departments/Divisions throughout the Clark County government and for the ultimate benefit of the residents and businesses throughout the County.
