Business Hours: Henderson Justice Facility is available between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Once inside the building, Henderson Justice Court clerks are available 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday excluding holidays.
Location: Henderson Justice Court is located in the Robert A. Swadell City of Henderson Justice Facility at 243 Water Street, Henderson, Nevada 89015 (on the corner of Basic and Water Street). Justice Court is located on the entry level of the facility.
Parking: Free parking is available on Water Street next to the Courthouse.
Self Help Center: An information kiosk will soon be available in the lobby of the Henderson Justice Facility and will provide information and forms. It will also provide a feature to interface with a representative in the Civil Law Self Help Center located in Downtown Las Vegas. There is no fee for use of the kiosk, however, users will be charged nominal printing fees.
Court Calendars: Both the JUSTICE and MUNICIPAL Courts are located within the Henderson Justice Facility. Electronic calendars displaying daily dockets for all departments within the justice facility are located in the lobby area.
Departmental dockets are displayed on a similar electronic display located immediately outside the respective courtrooms. Please check these calendars to verify you are in the correct location.
