This Division of Public Works provides the engineering design necessary for the preparation of detailed plans and specifications for the new construction, rebuild or repair of County roadway, trails and flood control infrastructure. Project managers also oversee the work of contracted professional service engineering firms.

Special Provisions
Clark County Public Works Special Provisions supplement and modify the "Uniform Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction Off-Site Improvements, Clark County Area, Nevada, Third Edition," and all revisions through date of advertisement and the "Clark County Supplement to Uniform Standard Drawings and Specifications."  All of the requirements and provisions of said Standard Specifications shall apply except where modified by the plans and these Special Provisions.
