The County has an application process open through Monday, Feb. 13, at noon to identify individuals who may be interested in serving on the Department of Family Services Citizen's Advisory Committee. Individuals selected for the committee are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. Initial terms of service can range from one to three years.
The DFS Citizen's Advisory Committee serves as a liaison between the community and the Department of Family Services. This committee offers perspective on services provided and how to best meet the needs of our families that utilize Family Services' resources.
Those interested in being considered should submit an application or contact the Department of Family Services at (702) 455-5444.
