Fire Incident Reports

Fire Incident Reports are a written record documenting that CCFD personnel have responded to a call.  There are two types of incident reports:  Fire and Medical. Fire reports are public record; however, medical reports can only be released to the patient or individuals the patient designates with proper documentation. 

Effective July 15, 2013, the Clark County Fire Department will charge for records requests. Fees are as follows:

Incident Reports $0.10 per page COR Certification $5.00
CDs of Photos $15.00 (fire incidents only if available) Witness Fee $26.00

You will be contacted after your request is processed regarding the amount owed. Please do not send money until we invoice you. We are unable to process refunds.

Forms of Payment: Exact cash amount or check made payable to “Clark County Treasurer.”

Payments can be mailed to 575 E. Flamingo Road or dropped off between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Once payment is received, your report can be faxed or picked up.
