Sanctions

To pay a court-ordered or ADR sanction, please send a check to the Clark County Law Library or pay online. Please include the case number to ensure that you are credited with payment of your sanction. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for online sanction payments.

All online payments will be subject to an additional fee of 2.65% per transaction.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that our payment portal is for sanctions that must be paid to the Clark County Law Library specifically. We cannot accept payments for other court case related fees or traffic citations. Please also ensure that you are not making a duplicate sanction payment, as refunds for any payments made in error may take a minimum of one month to process.
