Group Tours & Programs
Summer 2020: Group Programs are currently suspended.

When fully open, Wetlands Park offers introductory talks, guided walks, and special programs for groups. All programs are currently suspended except Group Visit Requests and requests to conduct Research in the Park.


Nature Craft with Friends

Schedule your own group children's program.
Great for children's parties age 4-10!

Choose your child's favorite Nature Craft theme. Your group will receive a 45-minute facilitated craft program and a total of 2 hours exclusive use of the Nature Center Picnic Cafe.

Refreshments not provided. Families are welcome to serve food and beverages after the Nature Craft Program has completed. Balloons or confetti not permitted. Please, no decorations taped to walls.

​Fee: $180 for up to 25 children.

Wetlands Touring Cart

Gather your friends and schedule your own two-hour tour in the comfort of the new Wetlands Touring Cart!

Tours must be scheduled a minimum of 30 days in advance, subject to availability. 


Fee: $69 for 2-5 participants.

Guided Walks

Available September through April, walk with a Certified Interpretive Guide for a two-hour exploration of the Wetlands Park Nature Preserve. 

One hour walks available on request. Please inquire.

Fee: $75 for up to 20 participants.

Additional fees for larger groups, maximum 40.

Group Visit Request

Groups larger than 20 are requested to submit a Group Visit Request Form prior to visiting. 

On request, Wetlands Park staff will give your group an overview of the purpose of Wetlands Park and the Las Vegas Wash, and some of the sights and animals you might spot during your visit. Introduction talks are subject to availability.

Research in the Park

Is your group visit for the purpose of research? If you would like to request to take samples or come into contact with the water, flora, or fauna, please complete a Scientific Use Permit form (no fee). This form includes the Group Visit Request if applicable.
