Saturdays 11:30 am-1:30 pm
Fee is $130
The class days are either one or the other for your convenience. In other words, the participant can either come to the class on Tuesdays OR Saturdays. They CANNOT come to both.
Participants in the Winchester Theater program will develop skills by working each week. Focus Areas Include: Improvisation, Singing, Audition Techniques, Theater Staging, Dancing, Scene Study, And Development Of Stage Presence. Disney's The Lion King has captivated the imagination of audiences around the world and now, for the first time ever, the HeadLiners have this opportunity to produce this one-of-a-kind musical at Winchester Cultural Center. The African savannah comes to life on our stage with Simba, Rafiki and an unforgettable cast of characters as they journey from Pride Rock to the jungle... and back again, in this inspiring, coming-of-age tale.
The HeadLiners Lion King Experience features a rigorous curriculum designed to introduce students to a wide range of theatrical skills from acting, singing, to dancing. This 12 week session will conclude with a 4 show run of the HeadLiners very own production of The Lion King!
Adam Neri’s Bio:
Adam brings over a decade of acting and coaching experience to the Winchester Cultural Center. As director of the theater program he is responsible for planning and teaching acting classes as well as producing and directing three productions each year. For more than 10 years Adam has coached improv through the Clark County School District and has had four teams place in the top five under his direction at the Utah Shakespeare festival. Additionally, Adam has directed a musical production at Del Sol High School and directed Story Theater, a touring production for elementary school students. In his free time Adam enjoys creating and editing film, rooting for the San Francisco 49ers and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
