Talk to Mark Hall-Patton Live from your Home this Wednesday

Clark County Museum Staff will host a Facebook Live Q&A session with Mark Hall-Patton Wednesday April 8th at 12pm. This session will last fifteen minutes.

Questions will be typed, and staff will read them to Mark who will answer them.  "The idea is to continue to have a presence for the community which is both safe but is interesting and highlights what the museum has to offer when we reopen," said Mark Hall-Patton.

Museums throughout the United States are using this type of outreach to provide people some interesting information about their facilities.  By offering this live, museum staff hope to provide a point of feedback for the planned 15-minute segment.  If received well, Mark Hall-Patton has agreed to offer weekly sessions from a different location at the museum that highlight the site.  Wednesday's session will be available to view after the live feed on the Museum's Facebook Page.

The Clark County Museum is located 1830 S. Boulder Highway. The museum has an indoor exhibit gallery featuring displays about Southern Nevada history from prehistoric to modern times.  The outdoor Heritage Street area is open for self-guided tours and contains a collection of about two dozen historic buildings including a wedding chapel, print shop, railroad cottage and several homes. More information can be found  www.ClarkCountyNV.gov/museum and on Facebook with the handle @ClarkCountyMuseum.
