developments in District B recently. Since June, more than 130 new businesses
have opened in District B, and I encourage everyone to help support these new
entrepreneurs when you see them. Also, I would like to welcome new Tule
Springs Fossil Beds National Monument Superintendent Jon Burpee and his
family to our community. We look forward to working with him to showcase this
amazing natural treasure located in District B. I suggest you follow the
Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument on Facebook, and check out the page for
information on upcoming events there. Thank you again to those of you who lead
the way to ensure Nevada protected this area. Hopefully, it will become another
great tourist attraction in Southern Nevada.
