COVID-19 Protocol


As a COVID-19 precautionary measure, our offices are currently closed to the public. However, it is our intent to continue providing services as expeditiously as possible, while working with minimal staffing levels and taking all the necessary precautions to protect the safety of both our employees and clients. Therefore, we have established the protocols listed below that will allow us to continue providing services.


Requests for Assistance

  1. Interactive applications are now available in both English and Spanish. Completed applications can be emailed to CCSSReferrals@ClarkCountyNV.gov, faxed to 702-678-5221 or mailed to CCSS 1600 Pinto Lane Las Vegas, NV 89106.
  2. Upon receipt of your application, a CCSS employee will contact you to schedule a telephonic interview within 72 hours.
  3. Drop Boxes are located at the Pinto (1600 Pinto Lane) and Cambridge (3885 S. Maryland Parkway) locations for drop off of applications or other requested documentation. 


We are continually evaluating processes and we will take further measures if necessary.  Thank you for your patience and flexibility.

CCSS Application - Spanish   

Financial assistance for rental is available for eligible indigent members of the community.  For your convenience, information is listed to show the maximum monthly amount allowed per household here.

Out of area transportation for eligible individuals is provided in the form of bus tickets. Funds for food are issued when traveling by motor vehicle or bus.

Limited local transportation is provided by CCSS to individuals who are disabled, seniors, clients with children who lack finances, vehicle resource, or access to public transportation.
