Payment Options for Real Property Taxes (only)

E-check payments are accepted without a fee. You may pay with a credit card using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. There is a service fee of 2.19% charged by our third-party service provider for all credit card transactions.

By Phone
Payments can be made by calling our automated information system at (702) 455-4323 and selecting option 1. Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The service fee for this option is 2.19% charged by our third-party service provider.

By Mail
Checks for real property tax payments should be made payable to Clark County Treasurer. To ensure timely and accurate posting, please write your parcel number(s) on the check and include your payment coupon(s). Payments made by check must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank account. Checks received in this office may be converted into an electronic item.

In Person 
You may pay in person at 500 S Grand Central Pkwy Las Vegas, NV 89155 (1st floor behind the security desk). We are open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except for holidays). We accept cash, checks, and debit cards only. There is no fee for these payment methods when paying in person.

Stop, Drop and Drive Away
The drop box is located by the pyramid on the southwest side of the County Government Center located at 500 S Grand Central Pkwy Las Vegas, NV 89155. Posted signs will direct you to the drop box. Payments should be in the form of a check or money order made payable to Clark County Treasurer and placed in an envelope. For your protection, do not put cash in an envelope.
