Effective July 27, 2020, our office hours will be Mon-Thurs 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

In compliance with safety measures related to Covid-19, all visitors to the county building are asked to wear face masks and follow social distancing protocols.

Real Property tax bills are being mailed out over the next few weeks beginning July 17, 2020. 

Please verify your Tax Cap %. If your percentage is incorrect, please call the Assessor's Office at (702) 455-3882.

If you do not receive a tax bill by the first week of August, please contact our office at (702) 455-4323.

Due to ongoing concerns related to the coronavirus, we are encouraging taxpayers to pay their real property taxes using our new online service or our automated phone system.

Online payment options include E-check and credit cards. E-check payments are accepted without a fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. However a service fee of 2.19% is charged by our third-party service provider and will apply to credit card payments. Payments can also be made by calling our automated information system at (702)455-4323 and selecting option 1.

Clark County Treasurer

The Clark County Treasurer is an elected official who oversees the billing, collection, and distribution of taxes on all real properties in Clark County, as well as special assessments in unincorporated Clark County. Additionally, the Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the receipt and disbursement of County revenues and for administering banking and investment services.
