Dust Control Permitting Portal, Forms &  Requirements - Dust Control Permitting portal for the online submission of a Dust Control Operating Permit application and related forms within Clark County, Nevada. This page also contains the Map Assistant to view permitted areas within Clark County and Air Quality Regulation Section 94 for Permitting and Dust Control for Construction and Temporary Commercial Activities.

Stationary Source Permitting Forms - Authority to Construct, Operating Permits, Filing Instructions and Emission Estimation Worksheets.

Enforcement Forms - Forms for appealing Hearing Officer decisions, applying for an Olive Tree exemption, or to request a hearing before the Air Pollution Control Hearing Board.
