Clark County Parks & Recreation presents the Mobile Sound Stage that can bring out all the excitement of your next outdoor event. Whether your event is a full symphony, a children’s dance recital, a company picnic, or a festival, this stage will provide a professional focal point for you.
Our Stageline SL 100 is the only all-aluminum mobile unit featuring a fully hydraulic stage set-up. This unit offers a total rigging capacity of 5,400 lbs (2,450 kg) and is strong enough to raise the roof loaded with 3,800 lbs (1,725 kg) of sound, lights, banners and sets. Multiple deck configurations ranging from band shell to a full professional-sized stage are available.

Deck size configurations are 24’x13 for a band shell style setup, 24’x20’ for standard setup, and can be extended up to a maximum size of 40’x32’.

MOBILE STAGE FEES
Stage rental includes staff for set-up, tear-down and monitoring of use for maximum of eight (8) hours per event day. Time begins when staff arrives to pick up unit and ends when unit is secured at either program site for overnight rentals or returned to County storage unit. Rentals in excess of eight (8) hours per day will be assessed a charge of $60/hour for each hour over the initial eight (8) hour period. Full rate applies for first day of all rentals. Rental of other items will incur staff costs.
A 25% multi-day discount will apply per additional day (discounts do not apply to staff charges).
DAMAGES
Assessed Fees: Will be invoiced upon completion of event, with payment due within 10 business days following event.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
This rental form can be canceled if notification is given in writing thirty (30) business days prior to the date of use. If notice is under 30 business days prior to date of use 75% will be refunded, less than 14 days prior to the date of use – 50% will be refunded. The USER and the County shall be relieved of any further obligations under this rental form.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
All fees for basic rental must be paid in full in the form of cashiers check or money order only, no checks will be accepted to secure facility rental permit. Additional charges will be due within 10 business days following the event.
