About this Division
Regulated business licenses require investigation pursuant to law found in Titles 6 and 7 of the Clark County Code. These businesses may require an in-depth investigation by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for determination of the owner's suitability to hold such a license.
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Excluding holidays; closed on Friday
Appointments are taken Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
