Sidewalk Vendors
In the 2023 legislative session, the Nevada Legislature passed Senate Bill 92 (SB92), which created various requirements for the licensing and regulation of sidewalk vendors moving forward. Currently, sidewalk vendors are NOT legally permitted to operate within Clark County. The County must first set up a process to license sidewalk vendors. There is no path to licensure today.

Clark County is actively developing an ordinance that is consistent with SB92’s requirements to license and regulate sidewalk vendors selling food. The County will work in close collaboration with the health district and the state authorities to ensure that sidewalk vending businesses can operate in a safe and responsible manner.

Clark County will bring more information about sidewalk vending to public in the months ahead. This page will be updated as more information becomes available.
