If you are an Event Organizer and plan to have multiple vendors selling at your event, you will need a Multiple Vendor Arena Sale permit. Without this permit, third-party vendors may be required to apply for a business license or a Temporary Store Permit if they are not already licensed to do business in unincorporated Clark County.
The term "Multiple Vendor Arena Sale" includes activities commonly referred to as farmers' markets, arts and crafts shows, flea markets, carnival markets, sundry markets, odds and ends sales, parking lot sales, and specialty sales or markets of any kind. This also encompasses antique gun and knife shows involving the sale, swap, or display of new or used merchandise or rummage for commercial gain, as well as auto swaps that include the sale of vehicles not meeting the definition of "auto swaps."
