The Planning Commission is made up of seven members who are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners (Board) and serve the County at large. Appointments are made every two (2) years in January of odd-numbered years. They make recommendations to the Board on the Comprehensive Plan including the various Land Use Plans, non-conforming zone changes, and certain other types of land use applications. With some exceptions, their decisions are final action on land use requests and subdivision maps. They meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Clark County Commission Chambers, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada.
