Daniel Stewart, Deputy County Manager
Daniel Stewart was appointed Deputy County Manager on November 4, 2025. Prior to his appointment he was a shareholder at the law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, where he led the State Government Relations team. Since beginning his legal career in 2008, Stewart has worked in both the public and private sector and served as the Chief Strategy Officer to Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak and General Counsel to Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval.
Stewart has a bachelor’s degree in history from BYU, a master’s degree in history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School.
