At least two of the following items must be submitted as evidence in order for your complaint to be investigated.
- Provide screenshots or links to advertisement of a short-term rental (e.g. Airbnb, Home Away, Flip Key, etc.)
- Provide photographs of out-of-state plates on the property with a statement indicating why the vehicles present do not belong to the property owner.
- Provide a witness statement that you have rented or have direct knowledge of someone who has rented the property for fewer than 31 days and, if available, a copy of a short-term rental contract. Provide any other evidence that would show the property is being used as a short-term rental.
