Overview 
As an internal service department, Policy & Analytical Services provides a variety of support services to the County Commission, the County Manager, and other county departments.  The team coordinates policy initiatives, manages a variety of County Commission/County Manager directed projects, and responds to concerns and questions received from the public. Staff coordinates, facilitates, and provides general support for County-wide or cross-departmental projects, committees, and task forces.
